How is coated paper classified?

The classification of coated paper can be classified according to plastic release paper and non-plastic release paper, and silicone release paper and non-silicon release paper can also be classified according to release agent.
There are plastic coated paper, because the release agent has a certain permeability, if there is no certain barrier, the release agent will penetrate into the paper, resulting in poor curing and release agent usage is too large (high cost) and many other adverse factors. Therefore, it is necessary to do plastic coating treatment (commonly known as coating) on paper. Polyethylene (PE) particles are generally used for coating in China, and the melt index is required to be about 7. Domestic PE particles are generally selected as 1C 7A of Yanshan Petrochemical. It is divided into single-plastic release paper and double-plastic release paper; no plastic release paper, mainly Grassin, CCK and other specially treated release paper.
In addition, some release paper is widely used in many industries, and some do not use release agents. For example, label printing plants often have a layer of light oil on the place where there is a need for release, and they also have a certain ability to release. Of course, the performance of the glue is very weak. Otherwise, this ability is futile. Others use some special glue and other formulations to produce release paper accounts for very little overall market share.
The use of genuine goods paper in the electronics industry (produced by regular factories, with stable quality and supply assurance of release paper) is less, mainly to garbled paper (used abroad once, or the existence of quality defects of release paper). Gumming plants basically use genuine goods paper.
