JWPAPER Production Facilities Upgraded, Production capacity and Quality Toward New Heights

At the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2024, JWPAPER launched a series of major upgrades to the production facilities, make clear the determination and proactive approach to high-quality production and long-term corporate development.
On October 8, an advanced 28-meter double die head coating machine took the lead in our production workshop. With its extra-long working width and double die head, this machine has efficient coating capacity and can precisely control the thickness of the film, which is widely used in the coating processing of a variety of packaging materials, effectively improving the protective performance and appearance of the products, and laying a solid foundation for the enterprise to expand its market space in the field of packaging materials production.
Immediately after that, on October 16, Jianwei Paper officially launched the workshop expansion project. The purpose of the workshop expansion is to further optimize the production process and expand the production capacity to cope with the growing market demand. The newly expanded workshop has a rational spatial layout and will be equipped with more advanced production process and logistics channels, which is expected to significantly improve the overall production efficiency and operation management level.
On October 18th, another heavy duty machine - EKOFA full servo 8-color flexographic printing machine also arrived at the workshop. After several days of hard work, the staff successfully completed the installation and debugging. This machine can achieve high-precision printing registration and color reproduction, and reaches the industry leading level in terms of printing speed and quality stability. Its rich color expression and fine printing effect will give higher added value to various types of food packaging, electronic packaging, medical packaging and other products to meet customer demand for high-end printed products.
And on November 5, JWPAPER start another forward-looking project - dust-free printing workshop construction. After a few days of planning and installing, it was declared completed. Dust-free workshop put into use, will provide a reliable guarantee for the production of products with very high environmental requirements, strict control of the number of dust particles, greatly reducing the risk of contamination in the production process, to ensure that the products are produced in a clean, stable environment, especially conducive to the production of food packaging, electronic packaging, medical packaging, and other products with special requirements for cleanliness, and to further enhance the enterprise's competitiveness in the high-end packaging market.
